What products do you offer?

We offer sticker dolls created to be used in planners, journals, and/or scrapbooks. All stickers are hand-drawn, cut, packaged, and shipped in house.

How often do you release new sticker collections? 
New Sticker Collections are released on the 1st of each month. 

Do you offer wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale items at this time.

Can I request custom designs or modifications?

Modifications for collection releases are not available.

Custom designs/ commissions are available a few times out the year, not upon request. Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter, so you don't miss notifications are when custom slots are open.

Are your illustrations available for commercial use? 
Products, illustrations, customs, and freebies created by Kira Silas & Co. are not available for commercial use. All products are for personal use only.

Shop Policies

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, please inspect your order once received. If you have any problems (i.e. wrong item, defective item), please contact me within 5 days of your delivery, using the contact form at the bottom of this page. I will do my best to accommodate you.

Cancellations:

Any cancellations must occur within 24 hours of your purchase. (This excludes alternate payment processing such as PayPal). Please email me with your first and last name; and order #, using the email associated with your account.

Processing & Shipping:

Processing:

Our average processing time is 1-2 weeks.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, worked on in batches, with scheduled drop offs.

Shipping:

All packages are shipped via USPS Ground with tracking.

Average times for most bubble mailers in the U.S is 3-8 days.

Please double check your shipping address. All returned items will be charged a shipping fee for reshipment.

Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is no longer in our control. It is now the responsibility of the post office. Please refer to your tracking number page for further information.

Please allow for 72 hours after shipping notice for your tracking number to show.

We do not offer rush shipping at this time.

We do not ship internationally.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Package:

If your order is lost, please allow for the mandatory wait time of 30 days (from shipment date) and file a claim with USPS. After that wait time, please contact me using the form at the bottom of this page. Please include your first and last name; and order # using the email address associated with your account.

We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages. If your package is stolen or damaged, please contact USPS and file a claim with them. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control.

Custom Illustrations:

Processing Time for custom illustrations is 2-3 weeks. Depending on workload, this is subject to change. You will be contacted should processing times change.

If your custom illustration requires additional services/ revisions, those invoices must be paid in full before you receive your final illustration.

The shops Standard Shipping Policy applies to custom sticker sheet orders.

Custom illustrations are for personal use only and cannot be resold or resdistrubted in any way. Custom illustrations cannot be used for marketing/ promotions of another brand. All artwork remains copyrighted by Kira Silas & Co.
